How to place
an order
This web store has been
designed to make your visit the easiest and
most secure method to
order from Mango Road. A simple,
three-step process will guide you through
checkout and automatically
create a personal account from which you can
check status and track your order. For
security purposes we do not retain your credit
card information in this personal account (please
see our privacy & security policy). After
your order has been received, you will receive
a confirmation e-mail giving you the details
of your order and the order reference number.
If you choose to
order by telephone, an order can be placed by
calling MangoRoad at 1.866.626.4660. Our
customer service representatives are available
24 hours/7 days a week.
You can also
order by surface mail at our physical mailing address found on
our
contact page. Please note that ordering
via mail with a standard written check can
delay shipment as much as 15 days to allow for
receipt of the check and time for the funds to
clear.
"Temporary" or counter checks are not
accepted. All dishonored checks will be
assessed a fee of $20.00 or the maximum
allowed by law.

We accept personal or
business checks for mail orders only.

Sales
Tax
We are required to collect applicable sales
tax in Texas, for all mail, internet, and
telephone orders.
Order
fulfillment
Most in-stock items are shipped the same day
as receipt of your order (excl. holidays
and weekends). If you do not
select a specific delivery method, your order
will be shipped via standard ground service.
For in-stock items, you should expect to
receive your order within 5-10 days. Some
items are shipped directly from the
manufacturer and may take up to 6 weeks for
delivery.
Order
tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an
e-mail notification that will provide your
order tracking number. You can track your
order status by using this tracking number on
the carriers website. Alternately, you can
track your order by clicking on the link found
in the top navigation bar of any page on
our site. Simply enter your 4 or 5 digit order
number that can be found on your order
confirmation e-mail.

including order status, please email us at
customerservice@mangoroad.com. Please include your
name, address, and order ID number
in addition to your question so that we may
assist you as quickly as possible.
Backorders
Occasionally, an item is more popular than anticipated and we
may run out of stock before the inventory
records can be updated on the website. If
this happens, we will immediately
notify you via email with the anticipated
shipping date. Most items that are backordered
are expected to arrive in our fulfillment
center within 30 days. We ship all ordered
items as they become available, so if you have
ordered more than one item and any of those
items is on backorder, you will receive
multiple shipments. If
you prefer, you can request that we hold your
order until all items are available for
shipment, in the "comments" field during
checkout.

of a backordered item, send us an email at

and include your name, address and order
number.
Discontinued
items
We do our best to closely monitor inventory
levels and keep our store as current
as possible. But, we occasionally receive
multiple orders for items that are being
discontinued and these items can become
permanently unavailable before we are able to
remove them from our site. When that happens,
we will notify you that the item has been
discontinued and ask you for instructions on
cancellation or substitution.
Changes and cancellations
To change or cancel any item, call us at

or send an email to
customerservice@mangoroad.com.
Please include your name,
address, order ID number, and the item you wish to
change/cancel in your instructions. If the
item has not already been shipped to you, we
will make the change immediately. If it has
already shipped, simply return the items that
you do not want and will credit your account
for the items returned.
