Mango Road has a
100% satisfaction guarantee.* If you are
not happy with our products or services for
any reason, we'll exchange it or refund the
credit card used for purchase if the item is
returned in a resalable condition within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Policy
If you are not
completely satisfied with your Mango Road
purchase, please return it undamaged within 30
days of receipt and we will be happy to
exchange it for a replacement or refund the product
cost to the credit card that was used to
make the original purchase. Please note the
following stipulations:

Items
must be returned undamaged and in resalable condition to qualify
for full refund.

Returned items
will have the cost of the original shipping
and handling charges deducted from the total
return amount if they were paid by Mango Road
under a free shipping offer.

Customized items
can be returned for refund within 30 days for
defects in materials and workmanship only.
Customized items cannot be returned for design,
color match or other suitability considerations. Mango Road
reserves the right to make the final decision
on custom order refunds.
Products
Damaged in Shipment
Prior to shipment your tray was
inspected for damage and it was
professionally packed by UPS. If it arrives
damaged, it will almost always be due to
mishandling during
shipment.
If you receive a damaged product from Mango
Road, please notify us immediately via
e-mail or phone (972.578.5642).
We will contact UPS, who will then arrange
with you to pick up the package for
inspection; usually
within 10 business days.
Please retain the damaged product and all
packing materials for UPS inspection.
Failure to retain the damaged materials or
to provide it to UPS for inspection can result
in the loss of a refund.
Product Exchange
If you desire
to exchange a product purchased from Mango Road,
please contact
our customer service department at
customerservice@mangoroad.com or by
calling our 24 hour
customer service line at 1.866.626.4660.
Returns
Other than for an Exchange
All returned items
must be returned in resalable condition to
receive a full refund. Due to the weight of wooden
furniture, it is imperative that the packing
method includes: secure padding around the
item particularly at the corners; sufficient
space between the item and the box wall; and,
the box must contain sufficient, firmly packed
filler material to prevent the item from
moving inside the box during sometimes rough
handling.
When returning an item we recommend repacking
it carefully with fresh unused packing
materials. Since most shipping boxes are only
designed for one way use, we do not
recommend reusing the original box for a
return.
You are
responsible
for returning the item undamaged and in
resalable condition. If you are not sure how to safely repack the
item, we recommend having it professionally packed at a local
UPS shipping
store to ensure that the product is well protected on
its return trip to Mango Road. We also
strongly recommend that you insure the item(s)
for the return shipment.
Please remember to
enclose your packing slip or order number with the
item and ship prepaid and insured, to:

Mango Road does not assume responsibility for
shipping damage to items that are being
returned to our store. We recommend that
you insure any item being returned.
For your security, please ship the return via an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL)
and retain your receipt in case it is damaged
by the carrier on the return trip. Please do not return products via
the US Postal
Service. Mango Road is not responsible for
returned items that are lost in transit.

we cannot accept COD packages.

We cannot accept merchandise shipped to us
more than 30 days after the delivery date; it
