and shipping methods
Our normal shipping method is UPS ground service.
However the following range
of UPS prices and shipping methods are also
available: UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2-Day
Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, and UPS
Standard to Canada.
Same Day shipping
Orders for in-stock
items that are received before 12:00 Noon CST are
normally shipped the same day. Orders placed on
the weekend
and US national holidays ship the next business
day. Delivery dates are not
guaranteed by either Mango Road or the shipper.
Holiday shipping deadlines are estimates for
deliveries within the continental United States
and are based on historical information and
current conditions. These estimates are meant to aid our
customers and should be accepted as a guideline
and not a guarantee.
Shipping rates
Our checkout process allows you to compare pricing
by shipping method prior
to completing your order. Mango Road charges the
carriers published rate
and adds a
shipping & handling fee to cover
a portion of our costs for
customer service, order processing, packaging,
insurance, shipping,
returns and exchanges.
SPECIAL SHIPPING:
Some items may have additional shipping charges
due to excessive size, weight or insurance
requirements. To ensure that you are aware of
these charges, they will be indicated in the item
description and require you to choose the extra
shipping cost as a cost attribute prior to
checkout.
Shipping
to multiple locations
We are happy to ship items to more than one
address. Also, to make the order process easy for
you, you may set up repetitive shipping
addresses in your personal address book for
easy selection when placing future orders.
Shipping
destinations
Currently, Mango Road ships only to locations
inside the United States and Canada. We do not
ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes,
U.S. Territories, or APO and FPO addresses.
Shipping
promotions and free shipping offers
From time to time
Mango Road discounts or offers free shipping on
certain categories of products or on purchases exceeding
a specific dollar amount. Free shipping offers are
for standard UPS Ground shipping only
within the continental United States and do
not include expedited orders, Canadian shipments
or wholesale orders. Free shipping
promotions do not apply to any shipment requiring
air transport or guaranteed delivery times such as
next day, 2nd day or 3rd day delivery. Free
shipping promotions specifically do not include
fees charged for customs/import duties or
brokerage/agent fees.
These reduced cost
shipping offers are for items shipped to a single
location and do not include sale items (unless
explicitly included),
wholesale orders,
heavy or bulky items, or items that are noted in
the description as requiring special shipping, handling
or excessive insurance.
